Having great respect for you as one of New Zealand’s best lawyers and it seems, a man with a good heart, I herein approach you on a matter that has been with me since 1990.

It involves the Mining Acts in relation to The Ngai Tahu (Pounamu Vesting) Act 1997 and

my related mining privileges.

I have had no success over the years in coming to some compensation agreement, or the like, with

the Crown Minerals, Ministry of Economic Development.

Hence my approach to you to ascertain whether or not you could help me.

I could also send you a local version on USB flash-drive or disk for your convienence.

As you may well imagine, I do not have the funds now to bring this matter to the Court.

When I started out back in the late 1970’s, I did.

If you are interested in helping me, all I can really offer at this stage, is a percentage of any financial settlement the Crown may offer or we may agree on.

This matter would be more than a challenge to any lawyer, but if you could help me in any way, I would be much appreciative.

I mined, manufactured and supplied the tiles for the Wiaouru Army Museum, “Tears on Greenstone” War Memorial. Commemorating all New Zealand war dead.

I am sixty four years old now.

If you cannot help me, I’m proposing to take my story to the news media worldwide and also write to Prince Charles on this matter concerning the alleged deprivation of my statutory rights.

very hard to accept.
