Dear Damien
For your information, I enclose a copy of my recent letter to Crown Minerals regarding my seeming on-going demands to settle my outstanding mining privilege issues.
I am very disappointed that you have not helped me more in settling these matters to date considering the very serious legal issues involved.
One way or another I intend now to push my evidence on all the irregularities of this case in order to have them resolved one way or another.
I would have proceeded well before now except that I had to wait until the current litigation on the pounamu thefts in South Westland were heard. For obvious reasons of which I’m sure you will understand.
I am also sure that Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu would also wish to have the matter resolved as the vesting Act is subject to these matters.
If it was not, the Governor General would not have signed it into law or Parliament would not have passed the Bill, for that fact alone.
Respectfully, I really do suggest you update yourself at my web site noted in the attached letter.
Hoping you may be of some assistance in helping me resolve this matter once and for all, in order that we can all move on.
My prospecting privilege application has been now unresolved for nearly 19 years, notwithstanding
the damages caused to me over this period because of this.
Yours sincerely
Kenn J Landaus
