As you are aware, I understand that the Crown have reached a settlement with Glenharrow Holdings Ltd in respect to their licensing concerns and litigations.

Would you please provide me with the details of this settlement as their case, to some degree, correlates with mine.

I also provided their lawyer with much of my legal interpretations of the situations after the vesting of pounamu to Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu.
