Manager Exploration and Mining
Services
Crown Minerals
PO Box 1473
Wellington
Dear Mr Smillie
In one of many letters
from Hon. Harry Duynhoven during 2005, he suggested I contact you to
further my cause
regarding final settlement on all outstanding mining privilege issues relating
directly to my
unresolved legal rights with these issues and the Crowns offer of
reimbursements to
date.
Due to the vast paper
trail dating back to 1989, in this letter I do not think it necessary to enter
into
any other matters other than
a compromise between myself and the Ministry for a speedy resolve
and financial
settlement.
As a submitted out of
court final settlement, I hereby seek reparations of 1.2 million dollars.
For not only all
statutory costs and compounding interest due to me but also personal and
financial
damages the Ministry has
caused me by refusing to acknowledge my statutory rights and
intentionally
expropriating those legal rights over a period of seventeen years, set out very
clearly
on documentation at my
web site at http://www.2dvd.biz/greenstone.html
and associated linked
pages and files.
I am also aware of the
settlement the Crown have come to with Glenharrow Holdings since the
Glenharrow case
resolutions.
In fact this case has
only highlighted the reasons why my situation must be resolved.
A continuation of the
Ministry’s stance of denial will only further the legitimacy of my allegations.
The Ministry is very
aware of all the irregularities involved with my issues and also that my case
for
reparations does not
relate to the Crown Minerals Amendment Act 2003.
I made exhaustive
attempts to apply for a renewed license fifteen months prior to the pounamu
vesting and did not let
my license lapse. I remain paying the bond on it to this day and the local
authorities will not
release it until the Ministry resolve my legal grievances.
Accordingly I await your
response to this request before pursuing my further options.
Yours sincerely
Kenn J Landaus
