Dear Sir
COMPLAINT
PURSUANT TO SECTION
234 OF THE MINING ACT 1971 AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS OF THE CROWN
MINERALS ACT 1991
I have
directed this complaint to your office as you have the statutory authority to
administer the above Act's accordingly.
From
documented evidence in my possession;
I,
Kenneth James Landaus, applicant for Prospecting Licence Application No. 31
2583 under Section 48 of the Mining Act 1971 and Transitional Provisions of the
Crown Minerals Act 1991;
Allege
that in accordance with Part XII, Section 234 (1) & (4) of the Mining Act
1971, the Office of the Minister of Energy or the lawfully appointed delegates
have allegedly breached Section 109 of the Mining Act 1971 as it is provided
for pursuant to the above application.
In
consideration to this matter and other issues of relevance I herewith attach
substantiating documentation which I consider is evidence enough for grounds to
warrant an appeal and an objection toward the decision by the Secretary of
Commerce on my Prospecting Licence Application No. 31 2583 received as advised
in my letter to you dated 28 April 1998.
I
urgently look forward to your response on the matters herein including those in
the attached six paged annexure.
Yours
sincerely
Kenneth
James Landaus
